This year, Reach Out advanced health, education, and economic opportunity for more than 2 million Inland Empire residents through 30+ programs and regional partnerships. We launched Pacific Empire College to train the next generation of Community Health Workers, expanded youth wellness and workforce pathways, and strengthened families through evidence-based programs and resource navigation.
Our Healthy Jurupa Valley initiative was nationally recognized by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with a 2024 Culture of Health Prize—affirming the power of community-led solutions to drive lasting change.
Together, we are building healthier, safer, and more equitable communities—across generations.
